MAKE IT MONDAY AND AN EEK!!

Hello Everyone...

Monday morning and nearly time for work....then an EEK!!!!....I had not done my post for MAKE IT MONDAY  and need to schedule as I work a bit later on a Monday...so here goes...

Meet FLIRTY DIVA ...

Isn't she just devine...lol..

Coloured with Faber Castell pencils, then her outfit was paper pieced....

Added some Cuttlebug hearts and a little pearl heart too...and the bow in her hair was cut out too,from her waist sash and added to her hair...seemed a shame to waste it..lol..

Used spellbinders circle dies and made random circles and the papers used were MME 'Love Me'...some feathers from my stash and a puffy heart....done.

For my POTW....#140 KAT  with this beautiful Christmas scene...

Right...now I'm officially late for work, and 'My Lady" has probably called Westpac's search and rescue by now..lol..

NEEDED ONE OF THESE!!

Hello Everyone...

Another day in the garden in between 'My Ladies"..and managed to get an Agapanthus dug out and divided into 7 plants, and planted along the fence line...hopefully they will grow and be a slight deterrent for my dog 'Harry' and stop him leaping up the fence at people with other dogs...the ratbag..lol..

Needed an Oops!..card for a friend of the family, as I clean forgot to get one ready for him, now I'm 3 days late...but, had this image coloured up, and his expression is just how I felt..

I think this wee fellow was from the internet...if not,I apologise to whoever the artist was...

Coloured with Faber Castell pencils, and added a bit of doodling...

There he is...what a great expression...

The papers are my favourite for males..Authentique 'Comfort and Familiar'..

The sentiments were PC generated...

Hopefully it will sort itself out...maybe it is time to REFRESH my PC..like get a new one...

MOTHER AND BABY

Hello Everyone...
Beautiful day, sun is shining, a gentle cool breeze, the birds are singing...and driving my dog to distraction...they want the bread on the lawn and he will not let them near it..he's so selfish..lol..and lord help them if they get near his bone..I think he leaves it there just to antagonize them..

Have a card to share today, usng a beautiful image of a mother deer and her baby...and have no idea where it came from...

Coloured with Faber Castell pencils...which took forever, and used a Stampin up stamp.."Branch Stamp" around the edge for a softer woodlands effect.

My background card is off the backs of pads, lovely and thick and distresses well...papers are Prima"Botanical Collection"...

The leaves are another Australia trip purchase..."Lorelai Outline Leaf" die...which I wasn't at first very impressed with, but it is growing on me now...

LILI'S LITTLE FAIRIES DT - BLUES!!!

Hello Everyone..

Another gorgeous day but not quite over for me yet...back to work this evening for tea time and bedtime, so thought I would schedule my post for Lili's Little Fairies  just in case...you never know what lies in store for you with these delighful, but different.. Ladies...lol...surprises around every corner..

Thankyou to all who entered last weeks challenge, gorgeous creations and so now onto a new week and a new challenge...

              MONOCHROMATIC...

YIKES!!!..that stopped me in my tracks for a minute or two...but once you get going it was really rather fun...just had to stop picking up red ribbon....

I chose for my card to go BLUE..and chose this gorgeous stamp from LOTV.. Christmas Candle ..

I used Faber Castells to colour this little boy and gorgeous mono glitter for his hood trim and pom poms...

SUMMER FUN WITH STAMPFAIRY

Hello Everyone...and a happy Wednesday...well...it is for me as mine is over, just had my tea [Lamb Chops and mint sauce] and time for my post using this cute digi image from STAMPFAIRY ...

LENNY SUMMERFUN 4  ...cute little Bears swinging away on a sunny day..
all coloured up with Faber Castell pencils....

There's the side view showing the aperture and the bears actually swing..

Inked up the sky on the back of the card and added a MB tree and a row of grass using my Fiskars punch [love that punch]..

More grass in the front and the little bits of grass on the swing poles are the off cuts from inside the punch..a yellow paper flower and big button centre for the sun, and some scattered MB clouds, but no threat of rain...

There we go, all done...thanks so much for stopping by...and also very happy to have made....

MAKE IT MONDAY AND LOTV

Hello Everyone...

Back to Monday, but a short day for me...I have cut back on my BIG morning cleans and bought my afternoon ones forward..so I finish at lunchtime now,which is just lovely,as I can get to rest up a bit before I start at night again..not that I rest much as I have lots of things to do at home,but it is just nice to have the afternoon with Harry and playtime in the garden...

A much better, beautiful Sunny Winters day today, and listened to the garden calling me, so tackled that and house work, looked after 'My Ladies' and had a play too..

What a cutie...flying through the clouds without a care in the world...

All coloured up with Faber Castell pencils and inked up the sky with distress inks....and botched it...must learn to have a lighter touch.

The papers are from Rosies Studio "Transit Lounge" and the sentiments are cut from another sheet of the same paper pad..

The side view...decorated inside too...and 3D his wings and tail..

JUST HANGING AROUND!!

Hello Everyone....

Well.. the weather was not much chop today, a sun trying to shine,but it was all watery and not a lot of warmth,the garden called me several times,but I ignored it and just played in my craft space..pretty good for a Saturday...tended to my Ladies 3 times through out the day,and now the sun had gone to sleep and the chilly night has set in..

Made this card for a challenge at Path of Positivity  and they would like to see..CARING..

Now who could be more caring than sweet Barry from STAMPFAIRY ...

I know I've this image before, but it is just so sweet...and is from the Best Friends Collection  from Stampfairy.

Dont really know if this is Barry, but looks like him from behind...all coloured up with Faber Castell pencils and the sky inked using my template and SU Bashful blue.

Papers were a freebie from a magazine and I cut the cover off and cannot remember who they were from..sorry.

The flowers are Marianne Creatables and added a yellow heart to the centres and now they look like daisies..some MS leaf punched leaves, and the  wave sentiment is  rubber stamp from Stampin Up...had them for a long time and a perfect sentiment for this image...."I'm here for always,please know that I care"..

So thats it for tonight...off to hop around and see what you have all been up to...

Thanks to all who gave advice on that silly die that wont cut..I will sort out a metal shim?...maybe need new plates for my bug, as they are a bit bendy..lol..anyhow, thanks everyone...hope you have a fabulous weekend...and I have the urge for chocolate and haven't any in my craft drawer...what's a girl to do!!...I think a trip to the shops is in order or I will worry about it all night...see you tomorrow..

MMM...ICECREAM FOR STAMPFAIRY

Hello Everyone...wow!! What a lovely day here in the middle of Winter...frosty start but beautiful sunshine followed and had a play in the garden after work..excellent.
But now it is cooling down late afternoon and off to work again shortly to say nite nite to' My Ladies'...

Have a card to share with you using this cute little digi from STAMPFAIRY ..

This is MOLLY BEACH 1 ....

Coloured Molly using Faber Castell pencils and paper pieced her bathing suit..

The waves.. I used my new punch 'Fiskars Wave Border"..and the starfish out of my daughters bathroom..[she has plenty, and would not miss one]..okay,I took two..shhhh

Papers are MME 'A Mothers Love"...

The sand was a torn strip of Kraft..

Shell die, from Marianne Creatables and so is the lighthouse...cut it out with white card and placed a lovely blue cardstock behind...saved colouring.

Added a sentiment ticket and clothes peg, all done.

NOW....the Spellbinders "Cattails..would be the worst die I have ever tried to cut with...have you ever a die like that??...it just wont cut clean and took me ages to get one that was reasonably okay, but had to finish it off with a craft knife..sooo disappointed with it and have a flower one the same..useless..


Never mind...finished belly aching now..lol..have lots of other good ones so will stop moaning..

IN A DAYDREAM!!

LAZY LITTLE CLYDE- MAKE IT MONDAY

What a week...storms...with wind..rain..snow, sleet and an earthquake...so glad a new week has started. and what is a better way than with MAKE IT MONDAY ...

A BATHING BEAUTY

Hello Everyone.....and a Happy Sunday to all....

I've been having a wonderful clean up in my house today...making casseroles for the freezer for quick teas when I get home on these cold winter nights...sorting the cupboards and moving things around...I'll be lost for weeks..

Have another bathing beauty to share...this is Beach Babe Jayne  a freebie from Kathryn Stampart Design blog, by artist Crissy Armstrong for Whimsey Stamps..and she is a little beauty all right...

There she is, all coloured up with Faber Castell pencils....first time using distress ink for my sky,and was a little heavy handed with the blue..masked my image up, and added the sea with distress inks as well.."Broken China"...pencils for sand and added some dazzling diamonds for sea foam...

A few strokes of white gel pen in the sea and Marianne creatables Shells die...

Oh! HECK!!

Back today with a card for a bit of fun....and entering this card at a challenge at..

I found this gorgeous elegant Mermaid on a freebie colouring site HERE ...just in case you really need to her to add to all your beautiful images...

Oh! My!!...isn't she wonderful...so voluptuous....

All coloured up with Faber Castell pencils...the papers are MME "A Mothers Love"...[as only her mother could]....

The side view....corrugated card for sand...Marianne Anchor and MB die 'Flutter Vine' and the tiny clump of oyster shells are real, and from a real beach in Australia...the pearl is not.... but the shells accidently found their way into my pocket while we were battling the cold wind and rain while on holiday..lol..and what better way to enjoy that by walking along a desserted beach..freezing to death.

Some vellum bubble stickers and wee fish stickers were added to finish everything off...

TODAY'S THE DAY!!

YES!!.. Today is the day I can share with you my very exciting news that I have kept under my belt for weeks.....

Today is the day I can finally tell you.....I'M A LITTLE FAIRY...I was asked if I would like to join LILI'S LITTLE FAIRIES  and of course I was going to accept the invitation without a second thought...thankyou SQUIRREL for asking me and thank you to all my new teamies for voting for me...so here we go....my first card for the A Team......[and I've gone all giggly and silly]...

There we go....our challenge this week is "Happy Birthday"...and very appropiate as it is our Squirrels Birthday this month too...16th July to be exact..

I used this precious little image Birthday Fairy from LOTV.

All coloured up with Faber Castell pencils and the tiny stars are the left over bits from the sentiment die...I first cut one out in yellow, but it did not look right.

The beautiful papers are Crate Paper "Random"...and used my new "Floral Ovals" die for the image and sentiment...added MB "Precious Hearts dies...flower from WOC and butterfly from my stash...

JUST THINKING??

Hello Everyone...

A wild wet and windy night here tonight...but work is over for another day, and I'm snug and warm with my dog Harry...who is watching the "Love Boat"...I know...sad but true..I do not know what he finds interesting with it and does not watch the whole thing but when that music starts, he looks up,and the TV belongs to him....I think he gets left at home too often while I work and suffers from Suburban Nerosis..lol..

Have a card to share today for STAMPFAIRY  and using another cute image from the
LENNY CAMPING COLLECTION ....

Now, there is Lenny 5....not doing much camping,and thats because the tent fell down...so he plopped himself under a tree to think about things...

Lenny coloured with Faber Castell pencils and the tree with several markers and copics...just lots of dots in different greens....and the Owl coloured with markers..

Made the nest with some string and added pearls for eggs...oh! and a MB Bird.

And the side view...fabulous new "Ivy" die from Marianne Creatables...papers MME "Bramble Rose"...and Fiskars grass punch...

So there you go, just a simple little card, and the Love Boat had finished...thank Goodness...so back to my programs...the things we do for our fur babies...
