Hello Everyone...another day has gone by and I'm back at work on lighter duties..

Time for Delightful Thursday  and I'm here to share a card showcasing a fabbie little image from the
Digital Delights Shop

This is Wizard Toby the happiest little pussy cat flying around on his broom.

Look at that happy smile...

Toby has been coloured with copics and pencils for shading...

He was fussy cut out and popped up on foam dots and placed on glittered card...little purple stars punched out and gems dotted in the centres.

I even managed a double bow on my bow maker...and then added some purple heart gems along the bottom.

So there we go..and I cannot believe we are nearly at the end of another week..where does the time go?...

Hello Everyone..

Had my stitches out today and boy! I feel better.
The results are not the best..but at least the surgeon is quite certain that he got it best foot forward and on we go..

I have a card to share today that I made ages ago for the magazine at Lacy Sunshine  and just never really blogged her. She managed to get pushed to the back of an unblogged pile, so here we go..

This is the ever so lovely Kenli forget-me- knot   from the Flower Pot Pretties Collection.

The post cards were freebies and I printed them out and inked the edges..reduced their sizes and the suitcases I found in the colouring pages and treated them the same by shrinking them down and printed onto kraft then coloured with  inks and silver gel pens.

Kenli was coloured with Faber Castell pencils...her wings with copics and glitter added.

I fussy cut out more flowers and added pearls to the centres..

And there is the side view..

So thanks ever so much for all your well wishes and strict orders to rest...I did as I was told and back up and running...well, not really running..can't wear a bra yet..[shudder the thought]

Will be back tomorrow with my Digital Delights will see you all then.

As the seasons are changing so much and the Summer is taking longer to get here than in the "Old Days"...this weekend, as predicted, will be wet!!
I'm thinking of going to the show with my family [even if I go only for the hotdogs on a stick]..but just a bit nervous that I may get jostled and hurt my son says he will stand behind me so I will be we will see..

But..for today I'm here to share a card I made for inspiration using one of the sweet images from..
Digital Delights Store  as today is Delightful Thursday

She is a little sweetie and such fun to colour using my Faber Castell pencils and a few copics..
G82 green trim
Y38 Dress & hat trim

Stickles added to her flower...papers from  Rosies Studio 'Basics'

The flowers are  Marianne creatables and added some green pearls..punched leaves and a few daisies from WOC...the butterfly from my stash..

Hello Everyone..
I'm not whinging today..moving around and doing stuff...the sun is shinning and going to have a drive in the car as I'm ready,so off to see my Dad and Stepmother [just around the corner really]...but too far to walk as the fat in my back wiggles and with no bra on I can feel my stitches

Too much information?...probably.

I have a Christmas card to share today using untraditional colours...and who better to pull that other than BARRY...

There he is all purple and cute...I made this before surgery too and was just waiting for the right challenge.

Barry coloured with Faber Castell pencils...lashings of snow and glittered trim...

The snow is from "Sullivans"...comes in long tubes and so many different textured snow and mixing and matching is always fun..but not getting it out of the carpet though where a lot of mind ends up..

The papers are  Rosies Studio 'Basics Brights"...a magnolia snowflake or two and the ribbon from my stash..

The sentiment stamp from Kaisercraft...and I made a tag and tied it onto the ribbon.

Challenges to enter....

Merry Monday  [untraditional Colours]

Crafty Hazelnuts christmas challenge extra  [anything goes as long as it is Christmas]

So there we moaning or growling and have decided I quite like being at home..well, today I do..
See you tomorrow and thanks so  much for stopping by..

Hello Everyone..

Time off from work is hard when you cannot do too much..
I'm bored by nine in the morning and looking forward to lunch..AND IT'S ONLY DAY ONE...
I guess I'm just not used to sitting around...

At least I found a challenge while surfing and decided to have a go..

Less is More has a challenge going on with the theme "Little Creatures"..they don't care what the creature is as long as your card is CAS and has a little creature on it.

I made one..CAS and a little Squirrel..

This is from a rubber stamp set I've had for a long time "Firecracker Designs" by Pamela Clark.

No papers just green cardstock and a squiggle line for a frame.

The stamps set has many little forest animals...and tiny acorns, birds and things like that...
The sentiment "It's the little things"isI from the set with about 5 other sentiments.

Both images coloured with Faber Castell pencils and entering the challenge at..
 Less is more  [Little Creatures]

So Monday afternoon now and promise to go rest for an hour or two..I'm trying to be so good.

See you tomorrow..

Hello Everyone...

Thanks ever so much for the well wishes..

I'm out hospital with 21 stitches in my back, but feel terrific..I had the operation under local as I don't like going problems and can't believe there was hardly any discomfort at I have to wait for the results[ which is a bit distracting].. stitches out and results on the 29th.
My Dad just rang and was waiting for the agony in my voice and was thrilled to know that all was good..
I coloured a wee bit today...short intervals as I cant hunch over like I do...and have a dozen CAS cards to make up for overseas posting....standing making those should be fine..

So onto a card I made a few weeks ago and for a few challenges...

This cute little elf was a freebie from somewhere and I'm so sorry I cannot remember where...could have been colouring pages, just not sure..

He has been coloured with Faber Castell pencils and his wings all glittered up..and the shading looks so much better IRL...the camera or my fussing around has washed him out a bit...

The lovely papers are MME  "O Christmas Tree" snowflakes punched out and the tartan ribbon from my stash...
I bought a card of lace from "Little Birdie" and added that to the card..a bit of gauze and that is about it..

Challenges I would like to enter...
